Delivery options:
1. Self-pickup from Rishon LeZion (carried out only in agreement with M | Art Studio 👉 mart.studio.israel@gmail.com) - free of charge.
Please do not come to pick up orders without approval from M | Art Studio times and dates for issuing orders.
We do not have a physical store, all goods are collected in a warehouse, and delivery is made at the address: HaKovesh, 27 in the city of Rishon Le-Zion (private house).
Usually, orders are ready for pickup the next day after placing and paying for the order.
Order delivery time:
- Sunday to Wednesday from 17:30 to 20:00
- Thursday from 16:00 to 20:00
- Friday from 09:00 to 15:00
2. Courier delivery throughout Israel to the customer’s home (parcel up to 15 kg) - delivery cost: 40 shekels.
Delivery time is up to 7 business days, depending on the distance to the destination.
The maximum parcel weight is 15 kg.
3. Courier delivery throughout Israel to the customer’s home (order weight from 15 to 30 kg) - delivery cost: 80 shekels.
Delivery time is up to 7 business days, depending on the distance to the destination.
The total order weight is from 15 to 30 kg.
4. For orders totaling 1,000 shekels or more - delivery is free.
Note:
If you place and pay for an order on a weekend or public holiday, the delivery timeframe will be postponed to the next business day.
The delivery period (up to 7 business days) is calculated from the moment your order is handed over to the courier
(orders are usually handed over to the courier the day after the order is placed and paid for).
