Payment and delivery

PAYMENT OF ORDERS:

VISA, Mastercard, American Express - when placing an order in the online store.
    In our store there is an option to pay in installments.
    Make a purchase up to 3 payments on the payment page.

    DELIVERY:

    Delivery options:

    1. Self-pickup from Rishon Lezion (carried out only in agreement with M | Art Studio 👉 mart.studio.israel@gmail.com) - free of charge.

    Please do not come to pick up orders without approval from M | Art Studio times and dates for issuing orders.
    We do not have a physical store, all goods are collected in a warehouse, and delivery is made at the address: HaKovesh, 27 in the city of Rishon Le-Zion (private house).

    Usually, orders are ready for pickup the next day after placing and paying for the order.
    Order delivery time:

    • Sunday to Wednesday from 17:30 to 20:00
    • Thursday from 16:00 to 20:00
    • Friday from 09:00 to 15:00

    2. Courier delivery up to 10 kg - delivery cost is 40 shekels.

    Courier delivery only applies to the following cities 👇 :

    • Ginot
    • Ness Ziona
    • Lod
    • Yavne
    • Rehovot
    • Ramla
    • Beit Dagan
    • Holon
    • Beer Yaakov 
    • Azor

    • Givatayim 
    • Kiryat Ono 
    • Tel Aviv - Jaffa

    3. Sending parcels by Israel post to all cities of Israel up to 10 kg - delivery cost is 35 shekels.

    Delivery times for parcels by Israel Post usually take from 5 to 14 days depending on the distance of the sending city.

    4. When ordering goods for 750 shekels or more - delivery is free.
    (Delivery will be determined at the discretion of M | Art Studio. If delivery is carried out to one of the cities specified in paragraph 2 (courier delivery) - we will send it by courier delivery, to all other cities it will be sent by Israel Post.)

      Note:

      Before choosing a courier type of delivery and paying for the order, make sure that you are in one of the following cities: Rishon LeZion, Gan Sorek, Ginot, Ness Ziona, Lod, Rehovot,  Ramla, Yavne, Beit Dagan, Holon, Beer Yaakov, Azor, Bat Yam, Or Yehuda, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, Kiryat Ono, Tel Aviv - Jaffa. 
      Courier delivery does not apply to other cities in Israel.

      If any delivery day falls on a holiday or weekend, delivery will be made within the delivery time (3 working days) after the weekend or holiday.

      Courier delivery is carried out only to the customer's address (entrance to the house), lifting to the floor, bringing goods into an apartment or house is not included in the cost of courier delivery (paid additionally to the courier at the place).
      You can order delivery by courier up to 10 kg of goods.

      Courier delivery is carried out within 3 working days after confirmation and payment of the order.
