Refund policy

Return of goods is carried out before the expiration of 14 days after the actual receipt of the goods, provided that:

• the product has not been used;
• the product is in its original form, the original packaging is not damaged, the presentation is preserved (this means that items must not be opened, damaged, soiled, and all labels and tags must be intact);
• order number and payment receipt.

We will refund the full amount of the order, excluding shipping costs, within 5 working days after receipt and inspection of the return.
If your order is damaged in any way or you discover a manufacturing defect while using the product, please email us as soon as possible at mart.studio.israel@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the item's condition, and a brief description of the problem. We consider these requests individually and will try to find a satisfactory solution.
Return of goods is at your expense.
Refunds for the order (excluding shipping costs) are carried out within 5 working days from the date of actual receipt of the return.
The right to return does not apply:

• if a 14-day period has expired from the date of actual receipt of the order;
• if the malfunction is caused by a violation of the rules of operation, use of the goods for other purposes, improper transportation or storage;
• if the order was not returned in full (if the client decides to keep some goods, partially canceling the order);
• for promotional goods;
• for discounted goods.
