Terms and conditions of delivery

Courier delivery is available throughout Israel, directly to the customer's home (for packages up to 15 kg), for a cost of 40 shekels.

Delivery time is up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on the distance to the destination.

If your order weighs more than 15 kg, the delivery cost is 80 shekels.

The maximum order weight for courier delivery is 30 kg.

For orders over 1,000 shekels, delivery is free.

Note:
Delivery time (up to 7 business days) is calculated from the moment your order is handed over to the courier.
(Orders are usually handed over to the courier the day after you place and pay for the order.)

Pickup conditions

Please do not pick up your orders without prior approval from M | Art Studio.
We do not have a physical store, all items are assembled in our warehouse and then delivered to our pickup location.
Order pickup is available at 27 HaKovesh St., Rishon LeZion.

Orders are typically ready for pickup the day after they are placed, but same-day pickup is also possible if the order is placed before 15:00.
You will receive an email notification once your order is assembled and ready for pickup.
After receiving the notification, you can come and pick up your order.

Order pickup hours:
Sunday through Wednesday, 17:30 - 20:00
Thursday, 16:00 - 20:00
Friday, 9:00 - 15:00

If picking up your order in the evening is not convenient, you can email - mart.studio.israel@gmail.com us and we'll leave it at electrical cabinet. You can pick up your order at any time convenient for you.

EcoSnow – Powder Candle Wax for Instant Candles

EcoSnow is a unique powdered candle wax that visually resembles fresh snow. This innovative vegetable wax blend is specially developed for hobby candle makers and anyone who wants to create candles quickly and easily without specialized equipment or complicated processes.

With EcoSnow, candles can be made instantly. Simply pour the wax powder into your chosen container, insert a wick, and your candle is ready to use.

The process is extremely simple and also allows easy customization with dry powder dyes and fragrance oils. Add a small amount of dry dye or a few drops of fragrance oil, stir gently, and create your own personalized candle.

EcoSnow is a self-melting reusable wax. Once the candle flame is extinguished and the wax cools slightly, the melted portion can be removed while the remaining powder can be reused again and again.

EcoSnow can also be used as an alternative to wax melts. We recommend starting with a fragrance load of 3–6%. When adding fragrance, less is more to avoid making the wax overly wet.

This wax works beautifully in a variety of non-combustible containers including:

  • Glass jars and votives
  • Ceramic containers
  • Metal tins
  • Decorative vessels and plant pots

For safety, containers must be non-flammable and at least 8 cm wide to prevent wax from sticking excessively to the sides. Wicks should always be positioned away from the edges of the container.
