Are you worried about scratches and wear on your resin trays and trivets? Heat Pro is a clear two-part polyurethane resin ideal for protecting your creations. Designed for small and medium-sized products: for example, stands or trays with a diameter of up to 25 cm. For larger surfaces such as tables or counters, we recommend Art Pro Deluxe. Its special elastic formula allows it to absorb shocks and scratches while always maintaining a mirror-like shine! It can also withstand temperatures up to 200°C and is ideal for surfaces that will come into contact with pots or other high temperature materials.

It is applied as a final layer with a thickness of 1 to 3 mm and allows you to cover medium and small surfaces. At room temperature (20°C) it hardens in a few hours and after 24 hours is completely ready for any use; Apply only to completely dry surfaces. Avoid humidity. Incompatible with acrylic and liquid dyes. The product must be applied to a clear resin surface (no dyes). If you need to coat colored resin or other materials, first apply a layer of clear resin at least 1mm thick. Wait 24-48 hours and apply the product. Two-component epoxy resin: component A + component B

This new two-component product features a special 100 A: 75 B formula that guarantees optimal and highly effective results. Especially for resinous surfaces.

Special product for small and medium applications - maximum diameter 25 cm.

Withstands up to 200 degrees. High resistance to impact and wear due to elastic composition.

Added anti-UV filters. Ideal for covering trays, coasters, as well as shoes and fabrics. The composition is resistant to minor scratches resulting from daily wear and guarantees a shiny surface. Also suitable for Dooming and art applications.

The heat resistance of this resin is 2 hours at 175°C and 15 minutes at 200°C.

To eliminate bubbles, use a heat source: be careful to aim the torch or hair dryer at each area for just 2-3 seconds to avoid damaging the finish.
The product must be applied to a clear resin surface (no dyes).
If you need to apply to colored resin or other materials, first apply a layer of clear resin with a thickness of at least 1mm. Wait 24-48 hours and apply the product.

Instructions for use:

• Moisture sensitive - no VOCs
• Minimum thickness 1 mm – maximum 3 mm.
• Maximum recommended surface area 0.5 m2 (large surfaces may result in uneven surfaces)
• Minimum consumption 1.2 kg/m2.
• Minimum application temperature of 20°C for both the resin and the environment and application surfaces.
• Use proportion: 100A-75B by weight – mix for 2 minutes in a clean container, pour into a second clean container, mix for another 2 minutes.
  Apply only to completely dry surfaces. Avoid humidity.

Incompatible with acrylic and liquid dyes.
The product must be applied as a final layer (1-3 mm) onto a clear resin surface (no dyes), not directly onto wood, concrete or stone (unless pre-treated with a clear resin). Colored resin or other materials, first apply a layer of transparent resin with a thickness of at least 1 mm. Wait 48 hours and apply Heat Pro.
To eliminate bubbles, use a heat source: however, be careful to run the torch or hair dryer only briefly (2 seconds maximum) on each area to avoid damaging the finish.

Warnings:

When processing, use safety glasses, gloves, overalls or other protective clothing.

In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with cold water for 15 minutes and seek immediate medical attention.

Store the material in a cool, dry place in a tightly closed container at a temperature of 15-30 C.
