Terms and conditions of delivery

Courier delivery is available throughout Israel, directly to the customer's home (for packages up to 15 kg), for a cost of 40 shekels.

Delivery time is up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on the distance to the destination.

If your order weighs more than 15 kg, the delivery cost is 80 shekels.

The maximum order weight for courier delivery is 30 kg.

For orders over 1,000 shekels, delivery is free.

Note:
Delivery time (up to 7 business days) is calculated from the moment your order is handed over to the courier.
(Orders are usually handed over to the courier the day after you place and pay for the order.)

Pickup conditions

Please do not pick up your orders without prior approval from M | Art Studio.
We do not have a physical store, all items are assembled in our warehouse and then delivered to our pickup location.
Order pickup is available at 27 HaKovesh St., Rishon LeZion.

Orders are typically ready for pickup the day after they are placed, but same-day pickup is also possible if the order is placed before 15:00.
You will receive an email notification once your order is assembled and ready for pickup.
After receiving the notification, you can come and pick up your order.

Order pickup hours:
Sunday through Wednesday, 17:30 - 20:00
Thursday, 16:00 - 20:00
Friday, 9:00 - 15:00

If picking up your order in the evening is not convenient, you can email - mart.studio.israel@gmail.com us and we'll leave it at electrical cabinet. You can pick up your order at any time convenient for you.

That is why we offer a special hair dryer for working with handmade candles. It is very light and compact. But at the same time very reliable. A special candle hair dryer has an optimal air flow and optimal temperature for working with most waxes.

A special candle hair dryer is also convenient for those who work with decorative candles (dried flowers/stones, etc.). You can easily melt the necessary area - and lay out everything that is needed.

You can also use a hair dryer to heat glasses and containers before pouring wax.

The hair dryer is also great for working with epoxy resin. It is very convenient to blow foam in the sea technique and much more.
