WaxPRO+ is a high-quality polymer candle wax additive supplied in pastille form. It has been developed to improve the performance, consistency and overall appearance of natural candle waxes. The additive strengthens the wax structure, promotes more even fragrance oil distribution and retention, and helps produce candles with a smoother, more professional-looking finish.

WaxPRO+ is particularly recommended for molded candles and pillar candles when increased strength, improved surface appearance and more consistent production results are required. It can also be used in container candle formulations.

Directions for Use

Recommended dosage: 2% of the total wax weight.

Example

Add 20 g of WaxPRO+ to 1 kg of wax.

Add WaxPRO+ to the melted wax at a temperature of 70–85°C and stir thoroughly until completely dissolved. Then add the fragrance oil and dye in accordance with the recommendations provided by the wax manufacturer.

Before beginning batch or commercial production, carry out small test pours to determine the optimal formulation for the specific wax, fragrance oil and dye being used.

Compatibility

Suitable for use with:

• soy wax;
• coconut wax;
• olive wax;
• natural wax blends.

WaxPRO+ is compatible with most natural candle waxes and helps improve their processing and performance characteristics.

Storage

WaxPRO+ is a polymer additive and is not intended to be used on its own as the primary raw material for candle production.

Always conduct small-scale compatibility and performance tests before beginning full-scale or commercial production. Test the additive with the specific wax, fragrance oil and dye used in your formulation.
