Terms and conditions of delivery

Courier delivery is available throughout Israel, directly to the customer's home (for packages up to 15 kg), for a cost of 40 shekels.

Delivery time is up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on the distance to the destination.

If your order weighs more than 15 kg, the delivery cost is 80 shekels.

The maximum order weight for courier delivery is 30 kg.

For orders over 1,000 shekels, delivery is free.

Note:
Delivery time (up to 7 business days) is calculated from the moment your order is handed over to the courier.
(Orders are usually handed over to the courier the day after you place and pay for the order.)

Pickup conditions

Please do not pick up your orders without prior approval from M | Art Studio.
We do not have a physical store, all items are assembled in our warehouse and then delivered to our pickup location.
Order pickup is available at 27 HaKovesh St., Rishon LeZion.

Orders are typically ready for pickup the day after they are placed, but same-day pickup is also possible if the order is placed before 15:00.
You will receive an email notification once your order is assembled and ready for pickup.
After receiving the notification, you can come and pick up your order.

Order pickup hours:
Sunday through Wednesday, 17:30 - 20:00
Thursday, 16:00 - 20:00
Friday, 9:00 - 15:00

If picking up your order in the evening is not convenient, you can email - mart.studio.israel@gmail.com us and we'll leave it at electrical cabinet. You can pick up your order at any time convenient for you.

The Stabilo series of wicks from the German company Wedo are high-quality waxed cotton wicks without a core - made of high-quality smooth cotton without treatment and bleaching with stabilizing paper threads.
Stabilo wicks are the best wicks on the market for making candles from natural soy and coconut wax, as well as for scented candles.
Ideal for making candles in glass jars, glasses, vases, as well as for candles in ceramic, concrete or plaster products. Can also be used when making candles in silicone molds.

Our pre-waxed wick variants are 112 mm long, metal base 15 mm and were produced in Germany by the "Westdeutsche Dochtfabrik" in accordance with the standard requirements of the quality management system DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 .

They meet the Ökotex Standard 100 and have been awarded the RAL GZ-041 quality mark from the “RAL Quality Association for Candles eV”. This means you can rely on the “RAL – freedom from harmful substances”.

This series includes a wide range of wick sizes, covering both small and large candle diameters.

To create the perfect candle with an even and smooth burn - you need to conduct your own tests.
There are many factors that affect the burning of a candle, such as: the type and quality of wax used, the diameter of the candle, the height of the candle and much more.
