Terms and conditions of delivery

Courier delivery is available throughout Israel, directly to the customer's home (for packages up to 15 kg), for a cost of 40 shekels.

Delivery time is up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on the distance to the destination.

If your order weighs more than 15 kg, the delivery cost is 80 shekels.

The maximum order weight for courier delivery is 30 kg.

For orders over 1,000 shekels, delivery is free.

Note:
Delivery time (up to 7 business days) is calculated from the moment your order is handed over to the courier.
(Orders are usually handed over to the courier the day after you place and pay for the order.)

Pickup conditions

Please do not pick up your orders without prior approval from M | Art Studio.
We do not have a physical store, all items are assembled in our warehouse and then delivered to our pickup location.
Order pickup is available at 27 HaKovesh St., Rishon LeZion.

Orders are typically ready for pickup the day after they are placed, but same-day pickup is also possible if the order is placed before 15:00.
You will receive an email notification once your order is assembled and ready for pickup.
After receiving the notification, you can come and pick up your order.

Order pickup hours:
Sunday through Wednesday, 17:30 - 20:00
Thursday, 16:00 - 20:00
Friday, 9:00 - 15:00

If picking up your order in the evening is not convenient, you can email - mart.studio.israel@gmail.com us and we'll leave it at electrical cabinet. You can pick up your order at any time convenient for you.

Wooden wicks are made of high-quality cherry veneer from North America.
No additional processing is required, the wicks are completely ready for use. Eco-friendly and natural material. Perfect for working with different types of coconut wax and soy wax.
We recommend using a double wick for candles with a diameter of more than 5 cm. When burning down to the middle of the glass, a single wick experiences oxygen deficiency and can go out. And a double wick perfectly maintains the flame to the very bottom of the candle.
To make candles with a diameter and height of more than 5 cm, take 2 wooden wicks and connect them together and install them in a metal holder. This way your candle will burn completely and will not go out.
After pouring the candle, cut the wick approximately 2-3 mm above the wax level.

The length of the wick is 14 cm, the width is 12 mm.

The wick length of 14 cm allows you to cut the wick in half and install it in most standard glasses or cut the wick in half and use it as a double wick in one candle.

In any case, we only give approximate recommendations for use. To create the perfect candle, you need to conduct your own tests.
